W tym sezonie nareszcie się ich doczekałam, ale do tarty wykorzystałam także zapasy czekające w zamrażarce, bo w końcu trzeba robić powoli czas na nowe dobra. Truskawki zarówno te z zamrażarki jak i świeżo kupione na straganie wylądowały w owsianej tarcie. Środek jej skrywa niespodziankę w postaci kisielu, ale aby się on nie rozpłynął w trakcie krojenia, tarta musi być dobrze schłodzona.
